CTV Drama is now scheduled to air Shifting Gears in May! The movie starring Tyler Hynes and Katherine Barrell premiered in the US in March as part of Hallmark’s 2024 Spring Into Love but was not included in W Network’s spring lineup. Here are the details for the movie’s debut in Canada:

Until recently CTV Drama premieres were streaming free for a limited time from ctv.ca so an update will be included if this one is made available to stream free.
This was the last 2024 Hallmark premiere we were waiting on in Canada so thanks to CTV, we are caught up for this year (for now!) Hopefully CTV Drama will continue to air more Hallmark movies and mysteries – there’s still Mystery Island (from 2023) and Tipline Mysteries (coming up) that will hopefully make their way to Canada too… Any new movies added to CTV’s schedule will be included here so please check back for updates!

W Network did not officially announce a full lineup for May but listings confirm both of the new movies included in Hallmark Channel’s 2024 Countdown to Summer will also premiere at the same time in Canada. The other two movies included in their May lineup (A Lifelong Love and Big Sky River: The Bridal Path) have already aired here (on Citytv and W Network in 2023) since they first premiered on Hallmark Movies & Mysteries last year.

Streaming Update from CTV
UPDATED ~ MAY 6, 2024
Up until now, new movies from CTV have been available to stream free for one week from ctv.ca, after which time a login through your cable provider is required. Unfortunately that no longer seems to be the case – access to Gilded Newport Mysteries is already limited to cable subscribers only. Last week’s premiere True Justice: Family Ties streamed free from CTV’s website as usual so this shift is definitely new and hopefully not permanent! Check back for updates and to see if any of the remaining Hallmark movies scheduled to premiere in the coming weeks will be made available to stream free.
Dove Channel in May – Plex Live TV
Dove Channel’s Live TV finally has its guide up and running again!
